Who We Are

Founded in 1978, CARE Healing Center has been a trusted resource for survivors and families in Carroll County. Our team offers 24/7 crisis support, counseling, advocacy, and prevention education — all at no cost.

We meet survivors in some of their most vulnerable moments to offer immediate emotional support and safety planning.

CARE offers services to those directly impacted by sexual violence, and their loved ones aged 5 and up. Services are completely free of charge and it does not matter whether the abuse happened today or in the past.
