Human Trafficking Regional Navigator Program

CARE Healing Center partners with the State of Maryland to address human trafficking through our Regional Navigator program. We provide awareness, education, and direct support for survivors of sex and labor trafficking, as well as their loved ones.

Maryland Law 2019

Comprehensive Support for All Survivors

In 2019, Maryland passed the Child Sex Trafficking Screening and Services Act, requiring each county to create a coordinated response to human trafficking.
While the law focused on youth up to age 24, CARE Healing Center extends support to all survivors of trafficking, regardless of age.
